In Impress and Draw, changing the font size of the text inside a Text Box does
not adjust the box size correctly (see attached screen capture).

I could not get any hint of why this happens... initially I thought it might be
that the internal spacing was not considered while resizing, but removing the
internal spacing in the text box did not solve the issue.

It is probably something related to rounding when calculating the new size.
