Description:
I suggest to add a "Options" button into the "Insert Footnote/Endnote" dialog. 
The suggested button should open Tools-Footnote/Endnote dialog. 
Today users just don't know about that dialog and they can't set up their
foot/endnotes as they want (like a numbering of footnote)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert -> Footnote/Endnote -> Footnote or endnote ->... 
or 
2. Doubleclick on the endnote number


Actual Results:
There are no any button to call the numbering style of footnote in the "Insert
Footnote/Endnote settings" or "Edit Footnote/Endnote" window

Expected Results:
The [Oprions..."] button in the "Edit Footnote/Endnote" window that will call
the Footnote Settings window (available in the Tools -> Footnotes and Endnotes)
- that is not obviously for many users.  
Also Footnote settings may be available in the righ-click context menu
