On Windows, I am partially able to reproduce this: Opening the file, I see the
third H2 line at the top of the second (leftmost) column on the first page.
When I add a footer, then delete one of the lines between the second and third
H2's, then delete the footer - the third H2 line and the first H2 line are cut
off at the top of the page.
