Example file from Word

Attached document contains a textbox placed inside a chart.
When opened in Writer, the textboxes font size becomes significantly larger
than in Word.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached document

Actual results:
The font size is 18 pt instead of 11 for the textbox.

Expected results:
Font size does not change.

Also in 7.1.
