Something must have changed as the bookmark hid targets are now only exposed if
 HELP_DEBUG=1 and I choose Help - What's This? for extended tooltips. This
makes sense and thankfully the feature is not lost, but there is a Help page
that needs to be updated (search for HELP_DEBUG).
