<pre>The contextual sections variant of the Notebookbar shows a special section for
images. This section contains a Lock button, which is not functional. The
button was introduced with options > protect (content, position, size) in mind.
Users expect to lock position and size as well as not being able to crop the
image or to modify any other property. The lock button has to be implemented as
toggle button and the other functions such as Crop should be enabled
respectively.</pre>
