Hello Xisco,
please rethink your decision. MSO 2010 renders the document wrongly because it
was created with a newer MSO version.
A have some arguments:
- older MSO versions (like MSO 2010) create tables and align the text to the
page margin. Newer MSO version (I guess MSO 2013+) aligns the table borders to
the page margin.
- docx import of older MSO versions works OK.
- docx import of newer MSO versions works OK, since the *very* recent fix by

href="show_bug.cgi?id=106742">https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=106742
- docx import of newer MSO versions works not, if it's a floating table.
I hope the fix for normal tables can be applied for floating tables as well.
(this implies that LO is already following the different behaviors of MSO)
