MSO 2010 renders the document wrongly because it was created with a newer MSO version. A have some arguments: - older MSO versions (like MSO 2010) create tables and align the text to the page margin. Newer MSO version (I guess MSO 2013+) aligns the table borders to the page margin. - docx import of older MSO versions works OK. - docx import of newer MSO versions works OK, since the *very* recent fix by <a class="bz_bug_link bz_status_ASSIGNED " title="ASSIGNED - FILEOPEN: DOC(X) table with minus left spacing in MSO Word 2013+" href="show_bug.cgi?id=106742">https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=106742</a> - docx import of newer MSO versions works not, if it's a floating table. I hope the fix for normal tables can be applied for floating tables as well.
