That is indeed a possibility.
The Original file (most of its content was confidential and therefore removed)
indeed had a table of content.
This file was edited on some occasions in LibreOffice (mostly version 5.2) and
in MS Word 2007. There are therefore several possibilities: errors in handling
hyperlinks by the editing software or error in opening the document.
I noticed, by the way, that the simple command "File - Open" is also not
working.
Anyway, I will keep an eye on the handling of hyperlinks and on the
file-opening command. Thanks.</pre>
