Empty vertical ruler in Writer (front) and Draw (back)
The vertical rulers are empty in Draw, Writer and Impress. It might be related
to <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_UNCONFIRMED "
title="UNCONFIRMED - Vertical ruler has wrong number orientation and is not readable"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=107399">bug 107399</a>.
I see the error in Version: 5.4.0.0.alpha0+
