Have a look at the screencast. I think this functionality would be a useful to
the heikobar.

Always having to go to the tabbed button bar to click on a tab to switch it is
bad usability in my view and when i stumbled on the ability to use the mouse
wheel to switch them, i found it refreshing.</pre>
