<pre>One premise of the contextual sections is to label all functions. In particular
the various color settings needs a clear identification beyond the icon. Right
now the font color, background color (both in Writer and Calc), and background
color (Writer only). In Calc it affects also Border related function (cf. bug
107419).
In the original proposal [1] the buttons got a new design with labels, but if
that's not possible without much effort the buttons could also be removed from
the Notebookbar in favor of access via the sidebar.</pre>
