Is it possibly due to the status "Resolved - Worksforme" which might lead to think this is well enough? Of course it's true that it works, but it's not how it should. And since mail merge is a standard functionality quite often used, it should be worth it to get fixed. Can at least someone confirm that I'm not the only one facing this misbehavouir?
