<pre>I think if we change the section heading from 'Snap Position' to something like
'Snap Angles' or 'Snap to Angles', the checkboxes make more sense as they are
all dealing in degree values. Then we can also add 45 degrees to the "When
creating or moving objects" label and will makes more sense.
