Your mind is correct for a sighted persons.
Do you really think that a blind person should read the content of the dialog
in reverse order ? It's already quite complicated to understand the screen for
the blinds persons so IMO it isn't user-friendly.
The envelope dialog is important for persons unable to write sender on the
enveloper themselves.
