<pre>Note: It could be argued that there's some value to having a double border
between A1 and B1. I don't agree - I would rather have it work like Excel - but
in any case, even if this is "a feature not a bug", the feature doesn't work:
1. Create a black border on the right side of A1
2. Create a red border on the left side of B1
result: they occupy the same pixels and the user sees only the black</pre>
