<pre>Description:
VIEWING: Mouse scroll doesn't work in Web mode; and in Normal mode it only
scrolls whole pages, though it should scroll one screen.
This bug existed since my 1st installment of LibreOffice; scroll amount was too
big even in normakl mode. The last version (5.2.6.2) scrolls pages correctly,
but not one screen as it should.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open doc
2. Turn mouse wheel
3.
Actual Results:
No scrolling or incorrect amount of scrolling
Expected Results:
It should scroll one screen vertically
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: It been like this since fresh install. The last version
correctly scrolls one A4 page in Normal mode, but not screen height (as it
should).
