        <pre>The issue seems to be with running the program as a standard user without
administrative privileges. I have installed the installable 5.3.2 version. When
run from the administrator account the program looks to work completely as
normal. Run as administrator from a standard user account also works normally.
Run as a standard user results in the issues noted.</pre>
