Hi,
Thanks for the quick answer.
You can only enable Check grammar box if you have an installed grammar checker
extension.
I added the Spanish dictionary to LibreOffice 5.1.6.2 and there was no Check
grammar box after the popup window as you wrote.
After I installed LanguageTool from
<a href="https://extensions.libreoffice.org/extensions/languagetool">https://extensions.libreoffice.org/extensions/languagetool</a>, I was able to
enable the grammar checking.
Could you try to install LanguageTool as Jacques suggested to see whether the
problem still persists?</pre>
