I have tried to come up with a consistent STR but without success. Since
posting the issue, the crash has always coincided with closing a file. It's not
related to any specific file, nor does it happen every time I close a file.

As indicated in the initial report, I started out with a fresh profile and
experienced the crashes right from the start.
