I guess you have English(USA) in 'User interface' and
something else in 'Locale setting'. Is it True? Which language are you using?
Verify 'Same as locale as setting' behind 'Decimal separator key'. Is this
ticked?
Else, did you change something into:
LibreOffice Calc > Formula > Separators?
Do you get the same result with an other formula, like SUM().</pre>
