Apologies. In the Dutch translation there's sometimes a mixture of frame, text
frame.., so I missed the distinction

In Draw there is the Text entry in the context menu.
In Writer that is alas in the menu only: Format > Text Boxe and Shape > Text
Attributes. (I think people should argue more in favor of the context menu :p )
