It shouldn't be hard to make those styles appear in the list (same approach as in <a class="bz_bug_link bz_status_RESOLVED bz_closed" title="RESOLVED FIXED - Customize window: Styles > Table category in Add Commands empty" href="show_bug.cgi?id=107852">Bug 107852</a> would work here too), but make them actually work in toolbar/menubar will require more work.
