while recalculation from LO 4.0 is in "Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice
calc/Formula - Recalculation on file load".
Default values should also be added, up to LO 3.6 it was "Always" and from 4.0
it's "Never recalculate". (I submitted a <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_UNCONFIRMED "
title="UNCONFIRMED - Calc: set "Prompt user" as default for "Recalculation on file load""
href="show_bug.cgi?id=107929">Bug 107929</a> on that).
Also, recalculation and cached value import should be explained.</pre>
