This is an enhancement and not an error.
The first message confuses the word slide with effect (the english is a bad
international language, esperanto is better).
Open the attachment file, select the text lines, in effects windows you cannot
change the direction for the all group.
If the all selected items (text-lines or other widget) have the same property
with same options, the program should allow change that property. More: if some
options are equals then the program should allow change between that options.</pre>
