The version used is the latest supported by Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, see
<a href="http://packages.ubuntu.com/trusty/libreoffice">http://packages.ubuntu.com/trusty/libreoffice</a>. I am not quite inclined to
upgrade Ubuntu for overall stability/portability reasons (once bitten, twice
shy). So I am not in the situation of being able to upgrade to the very latest
Libreoffice.
I realise that this is unfortunate but reporting the bug is the best that I can
do for the moment. Actually, seen that older versions of LO are still being
endorsed by supported distributions, this might be a stimulus for keeping
fixing them.
Hope this is sensible.</pre>
