<pre>Note: If you select a range of the black-backgrounded cells, the selection box
is drawn in blue and is thus visible - the problem only occurs with the
selection of a single cell. Of course, if the background were the right shade
of blue, the problem would be reversed and would only occur with multiple cells
selected. The root cause is that there's no code to look for a match between
the UI element and the background and change the UI element to be visible
(Excel does this).</pre>
