<pre>We should follow the same behaviour as Writer and export the presentation
outline (aka slide titles) to the pdf index rather than what we are currently
doing of export the slide names, as we dont display the slide names by default
and users are not likely to rename them (also you cant rename them in
powerpoint).</pre>
