        <pre>I'm not an expert,but I wonder what would happen if we explicitly specify
appropriate encoding as the fifth parameter to SfxFrameHTMLWriter::Out_DocInfo
in OHTMLImportExport::WriteHeader rather than relying on its default parameter?
