Hi!
I can confirm that this bug is still present in the last stable version today
(5.3.3.2).
I installed the lastest beta version available today
(LibreOfficeDev_5.4.0.0.beta1_Win_x86) and the bug is still present.
As suggested, I installed the version 3.3. And the bug itself, as reported by
the user <a href="mailto:meltemkalkan@odakgis.com.tr">meltemkalkan@odakgis.com.tr</a> is not presente. But in this version the
header and footer are not shown at all. The content of header and footer appear
in the begin and in the end of the document, but not as header and footer as
they should be. Instead they appear as part os the document. See the attachment
"Behavior in version 3.3.png".</pre>
