They are incorrectly grayed out on linux (<a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_NEW "
title="NEW - Correct the list of disabled shortcut keys per OS"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=98374">bug 98374</a>) and are functional in Calc
to assign Number Formats.
