<pre>Don't have Word here to compare the result but AFAIK colors are hex values in
both file types where the color name is taken from the palette, e.g. #ff0000 =
"red".
Anyway, I'm against another palette for compatibility as a default. It's a
perfect example for an extension. Learn more in
