Images in spreadsheet headers/footers are IMHO frequently used. The current
handling in Calc is almost unusable for an end user, because it is:
(1) hidden in "Format" -> "Page" -> "Header" -> "More" -> "Background". This is
extremely unintuitive
(2) Cropping and resizing, as well as proper scaling is currently not possible,
which means that the user has to use image editing to properly add a logo to a
spreadsheet header/footer.
