<pre>The reason for <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_RESOLVED bz_closed"

href="show_bug.cgi?id=106897">bug 106897</a> was, that those character styles actually _are_ the
defaults for hyperlinks, thus they should be preselected.
Of course they should not be applied when no hyperlink has been entered.
I have a fix for this, please don't revert the fix for <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_RESOLVED bz_closed"
title="RESOLVED FIXED - Format-Character: No preselection for visited, unvisited character style"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=106897">bug 106897</a>.</pre>
