So I change the subject.

It is a valid enhancement request. But because it has to be developed from
scratch, it is unlikely, that it will be solved in near future; unless you find
a sponsor for it.

The request has the parts:
 Rendering an object with "Content MathML" content
 Providing an editor for "Content MathML"
But only if someone is actually working on it, it is worth to split the task.
