LibreOffice:  Managing Your In-House Personas. 

This gives some details on creating and managing your own Personas offline
without using Firefox or Thunderbird. It does, however, use the Expert
Configuration feature. I assume that it is unlikely that Personaization will be
modified to provide this 'nice to have' for a few of us.</pre>
