<pre>lege brief - En.docx is an interesting document. If round-tripped in MSO2007,
then it works fine in LO. So it is hard to simplify this document so that you
can see the problem "at a glance" instead of having to enter a lot of text each
testing time.
In LO, it looks like perhaps at one time there was a caption under the footer's
image. A textbox frame extends below the image. The frame is already "wrap
through", but needs the "in background" attribute.</pre>
