<pre>Simply open the .fodt document, go to page 12, to Alphabetical index,
right-click - Edit Index, see on the first tab Concordance file. Open it, and
you'll see some altered characters (LOW converts the concordance file from
UTF-8 to ASCII on Windows 7).</pre>
