I'm working with an spreadsheet with extensive pages and charts in different places. I create charts beside the corresponding table and give them the appropriate look and size. But if I change the width of a column that passes through "behind" of an anchored chart situated many rows below (and then at that time I do not see on the screen), then the chart size will be changed, which for me (and I suppose for other people) is undesirable and annoying. I recognize only one situation where the resizing of an object is useful. It is the case of an anchored arrow between two cells. But I never used it.
