6. Compete info in the Define Bibliography Entry form
7. Insert
8. Perform steps 5, 6, and 7 several times.
After a while the newly created entries do no show up in the Short name drop
down list. The only way to see them is the Close the Insert Bibliography Entry
pop up window and to reopen it by performing steps 1,2,and 3.</pre>
