1. Open Writer (New document)
2. Insert:
a) Formula (eg. 3 over 4)
b) OLE Object from file (eg. doc file)
3. Save to DOC
4. Open in Writer
Result: second formula is inserted instead of OLE, OLE is missing
Expected: Formula and OLE
Tested on: my master build and Windows LO 5.3.1.2</pre>
