That indicates your system environmen is fr_FR.UTF-8 but the LibreOffice locale
is explicitly set to en-GB (English UK). Check Tools -> Options -> Language
Settings -> Languages, Locale setting.
Now that doesn't make much sense because then the "French spacing" isn't
triggered, unless you have cells explicitly formatted to French character
attribution. But even then I can't reproduce.</pre>
