<pre>retested with 5.3.4.2 and recent 6.0.0.0 alpha daily build.
PPTX <span class=""><a href="http://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=86174" name="attach_86174" title="The one slide version">attachment 86174</a> <a href="http://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=86174&action=edit" title="The one slide version">[details]</a></span> is still incorrectly loaded by LibO with missing text in
the shapes (which is oddly hidden underneath the shape as pointed out by
Micheal Meeks in <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=69593#c2">comment 2</a>)
I confirm that there's no issue if the PPTX is created by LibO from the
original PPT file (see <span class=""><a href="http://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=93032" name="attach_93032" title="Original one-slide PPT and LibO-converted PPTX">attachment 93032</a> <a href="http://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=93032&action=edit" title="Original one-slide PPT and LibO-converted PPTX">[details]</a></span> )</pre>
