<pre>Description:
After copy&pasting a cell, when the pasted cell is still selected/marked,
pressing ctrl+down jumps to a seemingly random cell instead of to the cell
before the next empty one. Following jumps are ok, though.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open attached example document
- Copy a cell
- Paste it into any other cell
- Press Ctrl+Down
Actual Results:
Selection jumps to some rows below the next empty cell.
Expected Results:
Should stop before the next empty cell.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
