<pre>I understand from these comments that ODF does not support page fill by
gradient/hatching for text documents, so we will need to move this information
into the "loext" extension namespace.
To achieve this how about we make a child element of
<style:page-layout-properties> named <loext:page-fill>, and move all the
draw:fill-* attributes onto this child element? Or any better suggestions?</pre>
