re: Version 5.3.4 AND later No Text Visible, but 5.2.7 Works
Folks. what is LibreOffice?
It is office productivity software. And that can be a home, home office,
school office, classroom, or any size business.
As such, I would expect users to be somewhat knowledgeable about the use of one
or more of the applications..., but do you really expect them to know anything
about the hardware/software changes that appear necesary to make ANYTHING PAST
5.2.7.2 to work. No, ALL UPGRADES should install easily and operate
flawlessly.
Now, from a systems analyst's point of view let's examine the issue...,
1. Just exactly WHAT changed between 5.2.7 and 5.3.4? Are there
change logs, work requests or other documents to be examined?
2. Is the particular change item that is causing this whole
discussion really necessary? Or is it just 'nice to have'?
3. I keep seeing graphics stack mentioned here -- what graphics
changed and why?
Slow down and consider you customer base, and then make changes, please.
