I am not a bug fixer, merely a bug report triager volunteer. The bug is confirmed. Whether or not it gets fixed for 5.4 lies in someone else's hands, probably either the localisation team for Slovenian if the langpack is at fault, or the package builder if the langpack is missing some kind of required information to make it work.
