Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create text document with text paragraph and one frame
2. Open Sidebar
3. Select section Styles & Formatting
4. Select tab Character Styles
5. Select frame in document
6. Automatic activates tab Frame Styles
7. Select text in paragraph in document
8. Automatic activates tab Paragraph Styles (instead Character Styles!)
Actual Results:
Automatic activates tab Paragraph Styles (instead Character Styles!)
Expected Results:
Automatic activates tab Character Styles, that it was select first
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
