"Factory" updates are likely not going to do it.
Please provide your GPU and driver details.
msinfo32.exe -> Summary panel, and Component -> Display
or
dxdiag.exe -> screen clip of system, and display panels
Also, please test an "msiexec.exe /a" admin install of current master daily
build. Currently (2017-07-26):
