<pre>After some more testing, it seems that if you select the box with a validity
set and hover over the lower right hand corner so that the mouse becomes cross
hairs but are very close to the drop down button, when clicking the drop down
will appear and the mouse will stay as the cross hair and no longer function.</pre>
