Shows you are on a Lenovo Z51-70 (80K6), and that the on CPU iGPU is Intel HD 5500 with its current driver 20.19.15.4624. But, where is your AMD dGPU? Does Lenovo give you some way to force it active in Windows? Otherwise with the AMD Catalyst control panels? Or to disable the Intel iGPU in Bios?
